SUMMARY

Sanctus Solutions is seeking two Junior to Intermediate Change Management Analysts to support a Fortune 500 client on an SAP/SAP S/4HANA implementation project. The ideal candidates will possess experience in executing change management tactics for large-scale ERP projects and be driven by a desire to contribute to meaningful organizational transformation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in change management, preferably within SAP/SAP S/4HANA projects.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement, training development, and communication planning.
  • Prosci certification or similar change management training is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Experience in a Fortune 500 environment or large-scale enterprise projects is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute change management plans tailored to SAP/SAP S/4HANA projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Develop training materials and facilitate training sessions to ensure end-user adoption.
  • Lead change management workshops and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management initiatives, providing actionable insights to enhance project outcomes.
  • Act as a liaison between the project team and stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.
