Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing change management strategies for Commercial Insurance projects, including product, pricing, system, and process enhancements
  • Collaborate with team members to create engaging written and visual communications
  • Collaborate with the communications team to develop, refine, and publish communications to our employees across Canada - May include both written and video communications.
  • Participate in working sessions and interviews to understand the degree of change the business and our staff will experience as we prepare to implement enhancements to our products, pricing, systems, processes, and training
  • Support the training team in designing and developing training experiences and supporting materials for underwriting staff across Canada
  • Participate in planning and hosting training sessions-including opportunities to facilitate portions of training sessions as they arise
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across multiple initiatives using tools like Excel and SharePoint
  • Gain experience developing e-learning materials, and the creation of assessments with support and input from insurance subject matter experts
  • Assist with coordination and logistics around mass email distribution and document sharing via Microsoft SharePoint
  • Supports the requirements gathering discussions on commercial initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned
