Your responsibilities will include Ensure a comprehensive change strategy, including stakeholder and human risk analysis, proactive resistance management, and change adoption measurement Develop organizational change management competency through learning paths, resources, and tools Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Change Management, Communications, Organizational Development or related fields. 7+ years of Change Management, Communications, and/or Organizational Development experience. 3+ years leading Change Management and/or Communications for large-scale, company-wide initiatives for which you designed and implemented a strategic change plan. Strategic thinker who can translate complex concepts to actionable, understandable plans, programs, and materials, but also roll up your sleeves to effectively implement plans and deliver maximum impact. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and geographies. Advanced writing, editing, and presentation skills; ability to convey subtle, technical, or complex messages in writing. 5+ years of experience working in or supporting Human Resources.
