EXPERIENCED CHANGE MANAGEMENT & TRAINING CONSULTANT (CONTRACT)

Intellezy is looking for an Organizational Change Management Consultant with a focus on Training as an independent contractor who will work as a part of a client delivery team to play a pivotal role in delivering change and training programs that support the growth and development of corporate and field team members across our client’s organization. This role will focus on managing impacts, engaging stakeholders, delivering communications, developing training materials, and ensuring adoption of new tools and processes.
We are seeking people who are passionate about helping organizations stay ahead of the curve by delivering impactful change management and training for digital solutions. Candidates understand that businesses need to adapt or risk falling behind, and have the skills, creativity, and mindset to lead them through transformative changes. Strong leadership, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence are key qualities for success in this role.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in change management, with a focus on training and stakeholder engagement.
• Relevant experience in change, learning, and training delivery for technology implementations (corporate, community, or academic settings).
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to create comprehensive documentation
• Ability to deliver impactful training both in person and virtually, with support for learning new technology and concepts.
• Knowledge and application of adult learning methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (or similar tools).
• Familiarity with agile environments is a plus, but not required.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, computer science, or equivalent experience.
