We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Change Management Consultant to play a key role in the adoption of our innovative staffing tool. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing user engagement across multiple countries.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training materials for diverse user groups.
- Organize and conduct training sessions, providing ongoing support to users.
- Design and implement effective change management plans to minimize disruption and maximize adoption.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to develop global adoption strategies.
- Create compelling communication materials and contribute to internal campaigns.
- Continuously gather feedback and refine training content to optimize user experience.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Experience in change management and digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with diverse international teams.
- A passion for technology and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English.
