Description:

The Change Management Consultant activities include:

  • Perform an audit of migrated content with the goal of readying files for transformation. The goal is to stabilize and begin identifying core libraries and ensure IM processes are in place. Identify, gather information, and assess the scope of work.
  • Determine a strategy on which the client’s core libraries to target first (by activity, volume, importance)
  • Work with records management retention/disposition and technology teams to implement retention policies at the content type level and migrate from ESDC Core to the functional IM-governed libraries. The goal is to make decisions based on the audit and act accordingly.
  • Establish a governance framework for ongoing monitoring of the information management elements within SharePoint online.
  • Engage with each branch and region to understand their specific needs and current usage of SharePoint.

These activities will help branches and regions adopt IM best practices in SharePoint Online post Legacy Drive Migration. The proposed Change Management Consultant L3 resource must have + 10 years of experience with the last fifteen years.

Responsibilities could include but not limited to:

  • Analysis and development of business “critical success factors”
  • Analysis and development of architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping and training
  • Responsible for leading other functional staff to define business strategy and processes in support of transformation and change management activities
  • Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities
  • Participate in organizational realignment (job re-design organizational re-structuring)
  • Coordinate development of training and coordination with other stakeholders

Create presentations and present to various stakeholders and facilitate meetings and discussions.

Responsibilities:
