Description Concept Solutions is seeking a Change Management Coordinator to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Office of Information Technology (AIT) Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) Services under the ITIPSS contract vehicle. The position will facilitate efficient and prompt handling of all change requests and receive, log, and allocate priority to all requests for managing changes. Requirements Ensure standardized methods, processes, and procedures are used for all changes Provide lifecycle support to all IT authorized Enterprise Change Management (ECM) issues Provide CM lifecycle support to the FAA MSD ECM and authorized subordinate Change Management Boards (CMB) Provide administrative and technical support to forums for coordination and collaboration of proposed changes to the MSD Infrastructure Coordinate with management of the CMDB to retrieve pre-change baseline information applicable to a Change Request Provide CMDB support for assurance of the integrity, accuracy, and currency of CI IT infrastructure baseline Provide CM technical and process coordination with the Pre-Production Environment Management branch as part of the Change process Conduct reviews to evaluate process efficiency and maturity Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or IT Management; two (2) years of relevant experience in project control duties including project scheduling, planning, critical path and dependency analysis, resource allocation, baseline management, and status monitoring. Education/Experience Substitutions The following substitutions may be considered at the Government's discretion: A Bachelor's degree in a pertinent discipline is generally equivalent to a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience. A Master's degree in a pertinent discipline is generally equivalent to a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience. For positions requiring a Bachelor's degree, a High School Diploma plus four (4) additional years of relevant experience may be generally adequate.
