Your Role:
Exciting opportunity alert! We’re on the lookout for a Senior Change Management Expert to join our Global Enterprise Solutions team in Poland. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead change management initiatives within a critical global program in our CFO organization. Your mission? Shape and drive transformative measures that make a real impact! You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication, all while fostering a culture of adaptability. With your strategic leadership, you’ll develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies that align with our organizational goals. Plus, there’s plenty of room for growth and career advancement in this dynamic environment!

Who You Are:

  • 7+ years of experience in Change & Transformation roles within corporate settings, leading large-scale initiatives globally.
  • Strong background in change projects related to Finance & Accounting organizations is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with excellent strategic execution skills.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication abilities in fluent English, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid project management skills, focusing on strategic planning, execution, and meeting deadlines.
  • Proven track record of driving change across diverse hierarchies in multinational environments.
  • Experience in developing and implementing training programs for large-scale initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel to Darmstadt, Germany, as needed.
