ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Change Management Lead, you will be accountable for leading change management activities within the People & Impact portfolio and its initiatives, ensuring alignment with the 2030 People & Impact Strategy.
This role weaves the people strategy and initiatives into one overarching P&I change strategy, building a compelling and united change narrative - one that inspires action, drives enterprise-wide impact and enhances employee experience, helping bring the 2030 People Strategy to life.

Day to day, you’ll:

  • Partner with People & Impact Leadership Team, Initiative & Project Sponsors to build change strategy and plans that enable, and support leader led change delivery that optimises business ownership and employee experience.
  • Lead discovery and early analysis activities for new initiatives (such as the Enterprise Agreement and Performance and Reward Framework) to facilitate understanding of the customer and business impacts and desired change approach of the initiative.
  • Lead and manage change management activities, working alongside other specialist functions, such as Strategic Communications, People & Culture Managers and external consultants.
  • Lead a high performing change team through ongoing mentoring, coaching and development of change managers/analysts to deliver quality outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to support effective decision-making in the program and projects through strong analysis and stakeholder consultation.
  • Partner with the appropriate senior stakeholders to contribute to the development and continuous review and improvement of Change Management standards, practices, processes and tools.

This role is available as a 12-month secondment opportunity.
Although the preference is for the ideal candidate to be based in Brisbane, we are open to Sydney and Melbourne.
