We’re looking for a seasoned Organizational Change Management leader to guide an integrated change strategy across multiple concurrent transformation workstreams. This role blends program‑level alignment with hands‑on execution for a major workflow modernization initiative. In this role, you will: Drive program‑wide OCM alignment across multiple technology and process initiatives Define and govern the integrated OCM strategy, success metrics, and risk approach Coordinate communications across workstreams to ensure a cohesive end‑user experience Conduct stakeholder, impact, and change saturation assessments Build and execute the OCM, communications, and engagement plan Lead tactical OCM delivery, including comms, training coordination, and enablement Stand up and manage a change champion network Monitor program‑level OCM activities to reduce change fatigue and maintain alignment Who You Are: 10+ years of OCM experience supporting large, complex programs Strong stakeholder management and executive‑level communication skills Experience developing integrated OCM strategies and end‑user readiness plans Familiarity with Maximo is a plus Total Rewards: We proudly offer competitive compensation, and a comprehensive and well-rounded benefits package for full-time employees that have been designed to nourish your well-being.
