Job Description About You Lead transformative initiatives directly for client organizations, driving digital, structural, and cultural change. Use your leadership and communication skills to deliver results, foster agility, and empower client teams to adopt innovation effectively. You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies: Strong background in organizational change management and transformation processes, focused on delivering impact for a key client project. 3+ years of proven experience leading change or digital transformation initiatives. Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive the adoption of new systems, tools, or processes. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field. Change Management certification (Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent) is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to assess organizational readiness, identify skill gaps, and define training or upskilling strategies. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to define and monitor adoption and performance KPIs. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels. High adaptability and resilience to navigate complex, fast-changing environments. Strong results orientation and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. English proficiency is required. You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities: Drive and facilitate effective change adoption across teams through new systems, processes, or operating models. Evaluate organizational readiness and ensure employees have the necessary resources, knowledge, and support for successful adoption. Identify skill gaps and coordinate training or capability-building plans to strengthen adoption and performance. Define and monitor adoption KPIs to measure change effectiveness and progress toward transformation goals. Design and execute communication and engagement strategies that embed change into the organizational culture. Motivate, influence, and guide teams through the transformation journey, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Partner with leadership and business sponsors to ensure strategic alignment and sustainability of change initiatives. Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and feedback spaces to enhance employee participation and ownership of change.
