Reporting to the Senior Change Management Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering improved ways of working, streamlining processes, and implementing new and updated technical systems. A key focus of this role will be supporting the development and enhancement of digital student support functions, helping to ensure our services are accessible, efficient, and responsive to student needs.
