Description

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Change Management Consultant to support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) initiatives under the direction of the Senior Manager, Organizational Change and M&A Integration. This role focuses on ensuring seamless integrations of acquired companies by identifying process gaps, developing change management strategies, and driving adoption of new systems and processes. The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and training delivery within the dynamic and complex environment of M&A activities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 years of experience in change management, organizational development, and/or mergers and acquisitions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to create and deliver training programs, manage complex communications, and engage stakeholders across multiple organizations.
  • Familiarity with M&A integration best practices and change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Agile Change Management).
  • Experience with enterprise systems, tools, and platforms used during integrations (e.g., ServiceNow, collaboration tools, cloud-based solutions).
  • Exceptional collaboration, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
  • Background in developing and implementing strategies for large-scale change initiatives.
