CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST:

Procom is searching for a Change Management Specialist for a September 2025 – December 31, 2026 role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Edmonton or Calgary office.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST - JOB DESCRIPTION:

Seeking a Change Management Specialist to support the Business Readiness workstream on a high-impact technology transformation initiative to replace the legacy tariff billing system. This role involves connecting planning and adoption, strategy and stakeholder experience, and ensuring that change is understood and feedback is acted upon.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, behavioral science, human resources, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in Change Management or Business Readiness
  • Strong stakeholder analysis and engagement tracking skills
  • Organized with strong time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and strong working relationships

CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with change management principles
  • Prosci or other recognized change management certification
  • A flexible mindset and a sense of curiosity
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Support stakeholder identification and segmentation
  • Ensure detailed stakeholder impact analysis is complete and validated
  • Collaborate with vendor on Change Impact Assessment
  • Track change impact work products and ensure final versions are stored appropriately
  • Define the change journey for key stakeholder groups
  • Facilitate two-way communication between the M2C Program and business units
  • Manage and update change action plans
  • Track stakeholder engagement and support adoption metrics
  • Collaborate with the Communications Specialist to tailor messages
  • Prepare and execute readiness assessments and surveys
  • Support development of an iterative training schedule
