We are hiring exceptional talents to be part of our Nordic People Consulting team, based in Copenhagen, with passion for - and hands-on experience in - designing and driving successful change and transformation journeys for clients.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS

  • A University level degree (required) and a Change Management certificate (preferred)
  • Strong passion for - and experience in - change management and change leadership, supporting clients in driving the people side of their transformation agenda
  • Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Danish
  • Ability to lead, coach and develop team members (if senior)
  • Ability to analyse complex problems and deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions in terms of communication/change/training assets
  • Ability to build relationships with teams and clients and strong facilitation skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced and complex environment, and follow through on items to completion while maintaining a professional demeanour
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset and be confident to respond quickly in unfamiliar situations

Responsibilities

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be at the forefront of designing and delivering complex transformation programs, utilizing EY’s unique Humans@Center research, developed in collaboration with University of Oxford and Saïd Business School and our global Change Experience methodology and network of practitioners.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Designing and delivering transformative change experience for our clients and their people. In the context of, but not limited to, technology transformation, operating model transformation, workplace and culture transformation.
  • Enabling our clients to successfully navigate through complex, continuous change, and realise the expected/desired benefits
  • Working in teams with other EY colleagues and with clients across different sectors
  • You will also have the opportunity to broaden your experience and work with the full people agenda that we offer to our clients.
    Furthermore, you are expected to identify new business opportunities to further strengthen our market position and develop existing and new customer relationships. Senior profiles will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring our junior colleagues.
