Kia ora! We’re on the lookout for a Change Manager to join our team on a 6-month contract, supporting our exciting digital transformation programme. This is your chance to make a real impact, guiding our people through significant technology change and embedding change capability across the business. Here’s what you need to know: Is this your next role? You’ll work closely with project teams to identify change impacts, develop plans for training, communication, process updates, and knowledge management. You’ll also support risk identification and mitigation, ensuring our people are set up for success. Partnering with our leaders and key stakeholders, you’ll help shape and deliver change across the programme. Does this sound like you? You’re an experienced Change Manager who knows how to embed change and take people on the journey. You’re a strong leader, highly organised, and skilled at building relationships with stakeholders to keep everything on track. You’ll bring: Proven and extensive Change Management experience, ideally in Financial Services Recognised change practitioner credentials - Prosci (ADKAR) or similar Hands-on experience developing process and procedure documentation, training materials, knowledge articles, and communications Demonstrated success in technology change management, with examples of how your approach made implementations smoother and more effective for users Experience working in a collaborative team environment, ideally within large programmes of work A bit about us and what we do Heartland is an NZX/ASX-listed financial services group with big growth plans.
