* Be part of a high performing team * Location: Sydney * Initial 6 months contract with possible extension * Hybrid The opportunity                                                                                 Change Manager – Investments will work with an existing team of Senior Change Manager and Change Manager to support the successful delivery of a major initiative within the Investments value stream. As part of this, the Change Manager – Investments will work with the Investments value stream team on the delivery of Change Management interventions/ solutions as an integral part of project delivery for this initiative. This includes: working with the Investments stream change team to help develop and implement change management deliverables agreed as part f the approved Change Plan; work with the Project/ Program Manager and Investments change team to engage stakeholders and ensure business readiness; help ensure post go-live support and handover activities support the business in embedding the change.  Description of division and business unit The Platforms business offers superannuation, retirement and investment products including the flagship North investment platform. Our vision is to be the easiest platform for advisers to do business with while differentiating through market-leading retirement solutions. Platforms Transformation team is responsible for delivery of key projects and strategic initiatives to help the Platforms business meet its growth goals. The Investments value stream is a persistent program within Platforms Transformation focused building key advice practice partnerships through managed portfolios.  About the role: * Think globally about the change and work with the Senior change Manager to select the appropriate tools, methodology and models when facilitating change, in line with the organisation's strategy, structure, process and culture.  * Contribute to detailed change plans. * Develop business readiness plans and activities to enable key stakeholders support the project implementation.  * Plan and assist in executing interim model solutions that support the business through the transitional process. * Identify barriers to the business initiative and contribute to change strategies/ plans and schedules to effectively overcome these barriers. * Identify, raise and help manage change risks with Senior Change Manager and Program Manager. * Assess and help manage change impacts for initiatives.  * Assist in identifying suitable change agents and lead, educate, mentor them in the change process.  * Ensure key stakeholders receive a high level of support, are engaged and commit to the ownership of the change initiative. * Work with Training and Communications colleagues to ensure impacted teams are equipped to manage the change. About you: * 5 - 8 years of general business experience and understanding, of which at least 3 years has been in a change role within a project environment.  * Exposure to working in large, complex environments with experience interacting with senior management.  * Experience in a platforms business would be highly-regarded. * Tertiary qualification in business or related discipline  * Post graduate change certification desirable Working at AMP We are transforming our business.
