Your Opportunity This role sits within the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) and is responsible for hands‑on change management planning and delivery across allocated Tier 1–3 projects. Working in close partnership with Project Managers and project teams, you will support readiness, adoption and successful implementation of change across Anglicare. This is a full-time maximum term contract for 6 months. You will play a key role in ensuring changes are delivered smoothly and sustainably, helping our people understand, adopt and embed new ways of working across a diverse and complex service environment. Through strong stakeholder engagement, structured change planning and practical delivery, you’ll contribute to the success of enterprise projects that support employees, clients and suppliers alike. With collaboration and impact at the centre of your work, you will: Provide hands‑on change management support across the full project lifecycle Conduct change impact assessments and develop fit‑for‑purpose change plans Track, measure and report change progress across allocated projects Partner closely with Project Managers, working groups and stakeholders to enable successful delivery Support business readiness and ensure smooth adoption of change initiatives Gather feedback, measure effectiveness and continuously improve change approaches Ensure change activities align with Anglicare’s enterprise change framework What you’ll bring You are an experienced and practical Change Manager who thrives in complex environments and enjoys working collaboratively to deliver outcomes that stick. You bring structure, empathy and clarity — balancing strong change discipline with a people‑centred approach. You will bring: 5+ years’ experience delivering change management across projects in large or complex organisations Demonstrated experience planning, developing and delivering change through engagement, communication and learning solutions Strong knowledge of change methodologies, change readiness and the project lifecycle Proven ability to manage multiple change initiatives and streams concurrently Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels Tertiary qualifications in Business or a related field, with recognised change management certification (e.g. Prosci or Change Management Institute) Experience in aged care, health or community services environments (desirable) Why Anglicare?
