CHANGE MANAGER, BANKING – LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Change Manager, Banking – Learning & Development Transformation Projects for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

CHANGE MANAGER, BANKING – LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Change Manager will be involved in the Risk Transformation Program, focusing on Learning & Development Transformation Projects. The role involves leading and supporting the execution of Change Management activities using established methodologies to drive transformation within the Global Risk Management Team.

CHANGE MANAGER, BANKING – LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in Change Management.
  • Experience with Learning and Development and/or communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong editing, proofreading, layout, and design skills.
  • Success in supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.

CHANGE MANAGER, BANKING – LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Experience working with Top 5 Banks/FI.
  • Experience with large-scale transformation programs.
  • Experience with Risk Management.
  • Proficiency in French or Spanish.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the development and execution of Change Management activities.
  • Contribute to the strategy, strategic priorities, and long-term vision using GRM’s tools and resources.
  • Align change management priorities with GRM and the Bank’s strategic objectives.
  • Conduct impact analyses and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
  • Coordinate with other Change Management experts to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Prepare communications for GRM teams, senior leadership, and sponsors.
  • Support the creation of tools for sustainable change implementation.
  • Act as the key contact for the Transformation Management Office regarding change management requirements.
  • Coordinate with the LATAM and Caribbean Risk Regionalization team.
  • Support calendaring of planning steps and business alignment.
  • Track and communicate progress of initiatives against project milestones.
  • Establish communication processes with stakeholders to maintain support and negotiate priorities.
