Overview Change Management at MUFG supports the Purpose statement “Together we achieve" by working within a Portfolio to maximize the efficiency of internal stakeholder working groups. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, the role is to create strategic change plans, focusing on benefit realisation and to ensure business readiness to adopt the change.    * Hybrid working conditions  * Melbourne or Sydney location  * 12 month fixed term contract    Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities   Strategic Focus * Establish and maintain a change management capability which supports the project delivery process * Develop agreed list of change management artefacts which will support the delivery of a seamless program for the varied levels of change within the business Operational Management * Work with stakeholders to understand business impacts and use this as the foundation for the impact assessment plan * Create, deliver or facilitate a communication plan, considering the use of different types and combinations of channels to all effectively reach impacted stakeholders * Manage and deliver agreed change management program within the agreed timeframes * Engage business readiness to help manage and deliver the change management program within agreed timelines and to help measure success * Facilitate change management meetings with assigned working groups/representatives * Work with Learning & Development for the successful delivery of training programs for assigned changes * Reporting – provide enterprise and client reporting within a regular and agreed timeframe * Deliver regular Change Management updates to the Portfolio and be instrumental in the process of prioritising change pipelines. * Professionally represent MUFG in client meetings, external and industry forums; and * Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality in line with MUFG’s core values   Experience & Personal Attributes * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Change Manager in project-based environments * Demonstrated ability to create benefit realisation strategic approaches * Demonstrated change delivery skills in different methods of approach (agile or waterfall) * Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Exceptional attention to detail, time management and organisational skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * High level of motivation, innovation, and initiative * Commercial, risk aware and outcomes focused * Understanding of MUFG’s core services and strategic objectives * Ability to work across MUFG organisational boundaries and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders to deliver required outcomes  Some of our Employment Benefits * Flexible working– enabling our employees to work in the office and at home * Purchased Leave, Parental Leave, Volunteer Leave, Gender transition leave, Well-being leave * Employee Recognition Program - to recognise people who are demonstrating our values and * Talent Referral Program * Salary Sacrificing via Superannuation * Employee Assistance Program * Learning & Development - Development at your fingertips via self-paced learning, including educational assistance support * Employee discounts – Access discounted rates and offers from a variety of providers including Bupa and Microsoft! * Novated Car Leasing      Culture @ MUFG Pension & Market Services We are an inclusive employer whose people work collaboratively.
