This role will join the FC OCM team, which supports the execution of the Group’s Financial Crime Compliance strategic initiatives. Working in partnership with our Crews and business stakeholders, the OCM team aims to simplify changes for our people and customers. ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Change Manager , you will lead a Crew’s change initiatives impacting thousands of people, giving you the opportunity to use your agile mindset, think creatively and deliver high quality change interventions that are fit for purpose. You will partner with a Crew Lead, Product Owners, change owners, squads, and key senior business stakeholders to understand and manage the change for your designated crew, you will lead the approach and delivery ensuring effective and sustainable embedding of change. You will report to a Chapter Lead within the FC OCM team .
Within this role you will be comfortable independently delivering end-to-end change. It will be important for you to have had experience conducting stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to evaluate the scope of change, business readiness, and potential risks. You develop and deliver change management plans and integrate them into project plans in collaboration with Crew and Working With Agile (WWA) teams across agile methodologies.
