This project will bring to life a fully integrated digital journey, ensuring customers and their families can easily explore their options, complete the intake process, and manage their services with confidence.
We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead the transition to this new customer experience (CX) platform. If you are passionate about human-centred design and driving digital adoption, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
As Change Manager, you will:
Develop and execute change management strategies to drive successful adoption of the new digital customer experience.
Identify key stakeholders and teams required to deliver a seamless transition.
Build strong relationships across the organisation to facilitate effective engagement.
Provide expert guidance and coaching to leaders, embedding a CX and change mindset across Uniting.
Develop engaging communication strategies and resources to support staff and customers through the change process, working closely with the Communications and Learning & Development teams.
Foster an inclusive, safe, and supportive working environment that celebrates diversity and culture.
