Digital Consultants is seeking a Change Manager to work at the intersection of innovation and precision, ensuring every product and service we deliver is built on a foundation of clear and actionable, and well-managed requirements. Location: Langley Air Force Base, Hampton, Virginia Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and usage of changes to processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures Conduct impact analysis and assess change readiness, identifying key stakeholders and potential resistance points Create and manage communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans to support change initiatives Provide training and coaching to managers, supervisors, and employees to help navigate transitions effectively Collaborate with project teams and departments to integrate management activities with project plans and ensure smooth implementation Monitor and evaluate change adoption, track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues affecting the change scope, schedule, or quality Act as a coach for leaders and executives, helping them fulfill their role as change sponsors Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Requirements Education: High School with 9+ years (or commensurate experience) Clearance: TS/SCI Eligibility Certifications: DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE,CCNA-Security, CySA+,CND) Experience in developing and managing scope, objectives, and requirements Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies Proficiency with requirements management tools Preferred Skills and Experience Certifications PROSCI PMP Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines ServiceNow understanding and experience Lifecycle Management experience The company offers the following benefits to permanent, full-time employees: Paid Time Off (PTO) Group health plans Income protection and supplemental benefits 401(k) plan with company matching Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Pet insurance options Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Equal Opportunity & Accommodations Digital Consultants, an inclusive and welcoming company, is fully committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation), genetic information, national origin, age (40 or older), disability, Veterans status or any other protected characteristic.
