About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive adoption, capability development and behavioural change across a large-scale finance transformation programme. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to design and deliver change strategies, learning interventions and adoption plans that support new ways of working and AI-enabled capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver change and capability strategies for finance transformation initiatives.
• Assess capability gaps, change impacts and organisational readiness.
• Design and facilitate learning programmes, workshops, toolkits and enablement activities.
• Drive AI adoption and capability building across finance and business teams.
• Coach leaders and managers to embed new behaviours and ways of working.
• Create stakeholder engagement, communication and adoption plans.
• Develop practical interventions that improve collaboration, decision-making and business partnership.
• Partner with programme teams to align change activities with transformation roadmaps.
• Identify resistance, risks and adoption barriers, implementing effective mitigation plans.
• Define and track adoption, capability and business impact metrics.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Proven experience working specifically as a Change Manager.
• Strong knowledge of recognised change frameworks such as Prosci, ADKAR or Lean Change.
• Experience designing and delivering large-scale change and capability programmes.
• Demonstrated experience supporting AI adoption and embedding AI into business processes and ways of working.
• Strong capability-building, learning and organisational development expertise.
• Experience working within technology-led or digital-first organisations.
• Experience facilitating workshops, learning sessions and leadership discussions.
• Experience supporting finance transformation programmes is advantageous but not essential.

The ideal candidate will be an established Change Manager with extensive experience leading organisational change, capability-building and adoption programmes within technology-driven environments.

You will be highly experienced in AI adoption, leadership enablement and capability development, with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders, shape transformation strategies and operate autonomously. Experience with Prosci, ADKAR or similar methodologies, combined with strong facilitation and communication skills, will be critical to success in this role
