Description

At Apple, new ideas quickly become impactful products, services, and customer experiences. If you bring passion, curiosity, and dedication to your work, there’s no limit to what you can accomplish. Are you a driver of meaningful change? Do you thrive on helping individuals and teams navigate the complexity of evolving business processes and systems? Are you execution-focused, yet people-centric? We are looking for a highly motivated Change Manager to join Apple’s EMEIA Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) team. Aligned closely with the global BPR organisation and regional sales leadership, this role focuses on the people side of change-enabling teams to adopt new systems, technologies, and ways of working. This includes creating and delivering comprehensive change management strategies and plans, aligned with Apple’s high standards for user experience, communication, and impact. As part of a cross-functional team supporting large-scale transformation, you’ll play a critical role in enabling successful solution adoption across enterprise, education, and channel sales teams, as well as partner, reseller, and carrier networks. Experience with Salesforce and enterprise sales processes is preferred.

Apply structured change methodologies and tools to drive adoption of new processes and technologies across the EMEIA region. Collaborate with global and regional teams to support the design, localisation, and execution of communication and training programs. Identify and manage anticipated resistance and change-related risks, providing mitigation strategies as needed. Develop and deliver the core components of a change plan: communications, stakeholder engagement, coaching, training, and resistance management. Partner with senior leaders and key business stakeholders to build alignment and advocacy for change initiatives. Create and lead regional change networks and champion groups to support deployment and sustainment of transformation programs. Facilitate sessions and workshops to support team readiness and user engagement. Integrate change management activities into program and project plans, ensuring consistency across global and regional efforts. Define success metrics and track adoption progress and business readiness throughout the change lifecycle.
