We’re looking for a dynamic Change Manager passionate about making a difference and guiding organisations through large-scale transformation, particularly in complex environments to lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ensuring a culture of adaptability, engagement, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
About the Role
This 2-year fixed-term leadership role involves coordinating and executing change management across a portfolio of the business to support the successful implementation of Microsoft D365. You’ll engage stakeholders at all levels from team members to executives, develop change strategies, and enable its successful adoption.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Change Delivery: Drive key change initiatives across technology and functional areas, including the end-to-end rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Craft and Execute Change Strategies: Develop innovative change plans that include communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Build strong, trust-based relationships across all business levels.
  • Analyse Impact & Readiness: Conduct impact and readiness assessments, risk analyses, and support change mitigation strategies.
  • Training & Communication: Create compelling training programs and communication strategies to drive adoption and reduce resistance.
  • Foster Improvement Culture: Promote continuous improvement by identifying and acting on opportunities for process enhancement.
  • Lead and Mentor: Provide leadership and foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
