Are you an experienced Change Manager passionate about driving successful transformation in complex enterprise environments? FinXL IT is seeking a Change Manager to join and support our growing change management team at a leading insurance organisation.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Change Manager in complex, enterprise environments, ideally within the general insurance sector.
  • Strong understanding of organisational change, project change, and user adoption strategies.
  • Experience across both business and IT-led change programs
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, influence, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with insurance, banking, or financial services is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to change frameworks such as ADKAR or PROSCI is advantageous.
Responsibilities

You’ll be instrumental in guiding our teams through significant change, working closely with stakeholders across business units and technology to develop and deliver impactful change strategies. This will involve ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, tools, and structures.
