Job Title: Change Manager
Location: Munich (3 days remote per week)
About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to support strategic artificial intelligence initiatives within a leading tech company. This role is critical to ensuring the successful adoption of new AI solutions and facilitating a smooth transformation within the organization.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience as an Change Manager, ideally in a tech/AI environment.
• Certification in change management (e.g., SteepleChange FRAME ICT Change certification or equivalent required).
• Strong skills in communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple change initiatives in a dynamic environment.

• Develop and implement change management strategies tailored to AI projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the impact of changes and anticipate risks.
• Design and execute communication, training, and adoption plans for new technologies.
• Monitor key performance indicators and propose corrective actions to optimize AI solution integration.
• Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure an effective transition.
