Description:
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed a master degree programme in management or a related field or possess a similar long-term work experience
- You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in engineering change management (or for the Software experience releasing Firmware at the production level).
- You experience defining interdepartamental timelines according to the general project requirements
- You experience in process optimization, technical and procedural issues
- You have very good organizational skills to handle several projects/changes at the same time and assign well defined tasks
- You possess the ability to handle several projects at once.
- Ideally, you have a good knowledge of Product Management tools such as Jira, Confluence and SAP.
- You have good English language skills, both written and spoken
- You have the necessary asssertiveness to deal with people from various departments
- To define new processes or propose new “how to”s, you should be goal-oriented and have a self-starter mentality

Responsibilities:
- You identify optimization potential and implementing improvements in the engineering change process as well as in the areas of processes and tools.
- You coordinate departments or/and external partners in the context of implementing engineering changes at the various levels of the product lifecycle.
- You initiate, analyse, plan and release engineering changes, coordinate other departments and ensure the correct practices and the proper implementation of the changes at the production level.
- You monitor and update engineering requests, authorizations, approvals and communication activities. Furthermore, you ensure that standard tasks are followed and enforced.
- You schedule and conduct regular meetings with all company teams to ensure all metrics are assigned, on time and complete.
- You create and maintain robust traceability and record document changes.
- You conduct BOM audits to ensure new releases are accurately coded/implemented
