WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As Change Manager, you’ll lead the ITIL-based Change Management process to ensure efficient handling of technology changes, minimising service disruption and improving operational stability for MGroup and its customers. You’ll govern change lifecycle activities—reviewing, assessing, communicating, and closing changes in line with SLAs. You’ll host CABs, track KPIs, and drive continual improvement. Collaborating across teams, you’ll ensure changes are planned, tested, and deployed effectively. You’ll manage stakeholder relationships, support onboarding, and ensure compliance with ITIL and ISO standards. You’ll deliver change reports, maintain accurate records in ITSM, and act as a subject matter expert. Regular on-site engagement near customer locations is expected in a hybrid working model.
