About the role We have an opportunity for a Change Manager to be part of our Technology & Communication Services Command. The Change Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of change management strategies to support a portfolio of strategic projects, to achieve project outcomes, and support achievement of organisational objectives. This is a unique opportunity to drive organisational transformation within the NSW Police Force by leading the development and implementation of change management strategies that enable successful delivery of strategic projects. The Change Manager will work within a dynamic project environment to design and execute change initiatives, manage cultural impacts, and ensure stakeholder engagement across diverse business units.
