JOIN THE NSW DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AS A CHANGE MANAGER (CLERK GRADE 11/12)

We are excited to announce an opening for a Change Manager within our Inclusion & Wellbeing directorate.

  • Location: Parramatta with access to various NSW Education offices and flexible working arrangements available
  • Salary: Clerk Grade 11/12 with base salary ranging from $149,739 to $173,174 per annum, plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
  • Ongoing full-time opportunity

KEY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Demonstrated experience in working on change initiatives including the development and implementation of change management plans, strategies and/or initiatives
  • Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in a relevant discipline
  • Hold a current and valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) for paid employment (or willing to acquire one)
  • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education

The Change Manager leads projects and activities to ensure the effective delivery of a range of change management initiatives to support delivery of policy and program reforms across the education system.
