THE ROLE:
As a Change Manager you will join a team based at RAF Waddington, Lincolnshire being responsible for overseeing and managing the day to day implementation and management of the change management process.
Day-to-day, you will be ensuring that changes to the IT infrastructure and services are executed smoothly, minimising disruptions and adhering to ITIL best practice.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Applying an ITIL best practice for change management following established workflows and operating procedures
Ensuring that all process and policy documentation is maintained under document control delivering consistent and high quality service to the customer
Collaborating with team members and contributing towards service improvement opportunities
Producing management information to all stakeholders of the supported applications/products and services
Producing reports and ensuring all standards and regulatory compliance practices are adhered to
Updating training, creating awareness and publicising new change management capabilities
