Change Manager / Scrum Master (Murex Migration Program)
Overview
We are seeking a Change Manager / Scrum Master to support the successful delivery of a major Money Market migration to the Murex platform. This role will focus on facilitating change management, driving stakeholder alignment across front, middle, and back-office functions, and supporting Agile delivery practices. The successful candidate will ensure smooth communication flows, effective stakeholder engagement, and adoption of new processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder engagement across business, technology, operations, and vendor teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder maps, communication plans, and RACI structures to support decision-making and accountability.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure Scrum best practices are followed across delivery workstreams.
- Coordinate change impact assessments and readiness activities for business users impacted by the migration.
- Support project governance by producing status updates, change impact reporting, and communication materials.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Integration teams to ensure business alignment during design and implementation.
- Provide coaching on Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across teams.
- Help prepare training materials, workshops, and stakeholder briefings to drive awareness and adoption.
- Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Change Management, Stakeholder Engagement, or Scrum Master roles within complex transformation programs (ideally in Financial Services / Capital Markets).
- Familiarity with Treasury, Capital Markets, or trading platform migrations highly desirable (Murex experience a plus).
- Proven track record in facilitating stakeholder alignment across multiple functions (FO, MO, BO, Technology, and Vendors).
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile delivery (Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid models).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Experience in developing and executing change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, and readiness strategies.
- Skilled in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Technology, or related field.
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) preferred.
- 7–10+ years of relevant experience in change management, project delivery, or stakeholder coordination within large-scale programs.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $80.00-$110.00 per hour
