Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans in alignment with company goals, strategy
  • Identification of the stakeholders and the preliminary conditions of each change, as well as the assessment and analysis of the expected impacts
  • Effective stakeholder management: manage stakeholders and resolve conflicts
  • Identifying potential risks as a result of the impact of changes and their implementation. Develop and implement proposals to mitigate them
  • Develop and manage communication of changes to all employees of the company, according to the extent of their involvement
  • Supporting employee engagement and involvement in change processes
  • Supporting leaders and managers at different levels in their role in the change
  • Develop and execute training programs, information materials to support change initiatives
  • Create forums for employee information and feedback. Process, interpret and channel feedback to the appropriate actors. Based on feedback from employees, propose changes to solve problems and support implementation
  • Regular reporting on change management activities to managers
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
