Job Description
We are recruiting a Change Manager on behalf of one of our customers. The role will support their IT Change Management process, ensuring IT system changes are assessed, scheduled, and implemented with minimal risk to business operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in IT Service Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–2 years of experience in IT Service Management or related role.
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles (Foundation certification).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA)
    Additional Information
Responsibilities
  • Log and review change requests in the ITSM tool.
  • Coordinate scheduling and communication of approved changes.
  • Assist in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
  • Track progress, update records, and report on change activity.
