Join Us at Vestas Service!
As the Global Service Operating Model Governance & Transformation Team, we are the global anchor supporting our front line colleagues in the regions to improve how they work. We do that by leading the development, continued improvement, and maintenance of our operating model. For example, through empowerment by sharing transformation products and best practices, anchoring and coordinating mayor projects towards the end-users, taking their input and shaping it into next improvement initiatives, improving processes, and being the ears and eyes in headquarters as well as regions to merge interests and focus areas.
Together, we ensure successful adoption of corporate strategies by assessing change needs and impact and collaborating with global and regional management teams towards implementing the needed transformations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hold a Master or equivalent in e.g., Business/Economics (other areas welcome as well)
  • Change Management Expertise: Strong understanding of systemic change management approaches (e.g. PROSCI)
  • Experience in rolling out transformation projects and managing cross-functional change initiatives in a complex organization
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English. Spanish or German proficiency is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on with conceptual strength – As Change Manager within the region, you will be the bridge between the Global (project) team and the regional functions
  • You will be responsible for tailoring change efforts to regional requirements and thereby ensure effectiveness and high adoption
  • As part of the Global Operating Model – Transformation & Governance team, your role will drive diverse implementation efforts in your region. Transformation projects could vary from implementing a new system, streamlining job roles/processes, implementing new ways of working or accompanying organizational blueprint changes
  • By driving change, you will be substantial part in building a future-ready, scalable, and intelligent operational mode
