YOU WOULD BE JOINING THE CHANGE ENABLEMENT & ADOPTION TEAM WITHIN CAPGEMINI. THEY ARE A TEAM OF OVER 70 CHANGE AND LEARNING PROFESSIONALS WORKING ACROSS ALL INDUSTRIES TO CREATE PEOPLE CENTRIC SOLUTIONS FOR CLIENTS UNDERTAKING TECHNOLOGY CHANGE PROJECTS. WITHIN YOUR ROLE YOU WOULD BE EXPECTED TO:

• Work alongside our clients to address the people aspects of technology enabled transformations including ERP, Microsoft and bespoke solutions
• Take an active part in sales and pre-sales activity, presenting to clients and contributing to bids
• Develop strong and trusted relationships with clients and our own teams and influence at senior client level
