To help deliver this change, we’re looking for a forward-thinking and experienced Change Specialist to work within our Business Improvement Team in South Brisbane. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Change Specialist to deliver change management activities for a complex, multi‑country ERP implementation. This high‑impact role will shape how thousands of employees across diverse regions adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working. What You’ll Be Doing Deliver change management activities in support of a large‑scale, multi‑country ERP implementation, focusing on effective adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working. Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and business readiness activities to understand and manage the people impacts of change across regions. Develop and maintain change deliverables including business transition plans, Change Adoption and readiness activities aligned to project milestones. Support communication and engagement activities with key stakeholders to build understanding, manage resistance and support change adoption. Identify and monitor change risks and issues, contributing to mitigation actions and recommendations to support successful change delivery. What You’ll Bring Experience providing specialist change support for a large-scale ERP implementation Degree qualified in a related field Experience in project change management, cross-cultural stakeholder engagement and internal communication (minimum three years’ experience) Ability to work cross-functionally in complex environments Relevant certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, APMG) A passion for enabling adoption, with a people-first mindset Why Sime?
