Lead, coordinate and successfully implement multiple projects/programs across Operations, in cooperation with our Product, Technology partners and our clients Support in analysis & oversight of proposed system changes to assure smooth projects implementation Build and manage an effective team (8 individuals) Support individual Development plan to foster team career growth Creates group goals to meet Key Performance Indicators Take proactive actions targeted at minimizing and mitigating implementation risk Drive improvement and competitive differentiation by proposing and implementing innovative solutions Working in a friendly, dynamic, supportive and diverse environment - including multiple affinity and social networks & voluntary activities to engage with At least 5 years of experience in Project Management or in operational improvements areas (e.g. Lean, reengineering programs); expertise in project methodologies and tools Team management experience Experience in driving projects with external clients Experience of working with asset management clients on a variety of investment fund vehicles (e.g. OEICS, Segregated) or Securities Services operations (desirable) Ability to work in fast paced environment under tight contractual deadlines An understanding of financial market and eagerness to grasp Operations business Understanding of PMBOK standard and/or PMP certification is advantageous Excellent command of English Proven ability to independently prioritize tasks and manage own/others capacity ------------------------------------------------------ For complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter. ------------------------------------------------------ Automated Processing and AI We use automated processing, including artificial intelligence, for our legitimate business interests (or our reasonable and appropriate business purposes) to identify and align the candidate's skills and abilities with a specific job opening.
