This role sits at the intersection of change and communication, helping translate complex initiatives into clear, meaningful messages that drive understanding, engagement, and action. Working closely with program and business stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in ensuring people understand what’s changing, why it matters, and how they can successfully adapt. This is an opportunity to contribute to a large-scale transformation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a 12 month contract role. What You’ll Do You’ll combine strong analytical thinking with impactful communication to support successful change outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting change impact analysis across people, process, systems, and data, and translating findings into clear stakeholder messaging Developing and delivering engaging communication materials (e.g. key messages, presentations, newsletters, briefing packs) Supporting and executing communication and engagement plans aligned to program milestones Designing and facilitating workshops, briefings, and engagement activities to build awareness and readiness Managing and maintaining communication platforms (e.g. SharePoint/intranet) as a source of truth Supporting business readiness and adoption, helping stakeholders transition to new ways of working Tracking and evaluating communication effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations Building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure communications are accurate, timely, and relevant Supporting post-implementation activities, including feedback loops and continuous improvement What You’ll Bring You’re a strong communicator and change practitioner who thrives in complexity and can bring clarity where it’s needed most. You will bring: Experience in a Change & Communications Analyst (or similar) role Proven ability to support change in complex, fast-paced environments, ideally within digital transformation programs Strong skills in developing communication strategies and content across multiple channels The ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging messaging for diverse audiences Experience with digital communication platforms (e.g. SharePoint, intranet tools) Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci or similar) Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and content creation Why You'll Love Working Here: Our company is more than just a workplace, it's a hub of inspiration and creativity where employees love to work!
