JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Senior Director, Channels, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing a portfolio of channel partners across our most strategic partner accounts. You will be required to generate a pipeline for your channel partner accounts to maximize revenue growth and market share. You will own the relationship management of partner prospects at a wide range of organizations and work hand-in-hand with channel partners to generate new business. Prior experience selling through strategic HCM SaaS software channel partners is highly preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7-10 years HCM channel experience working with top consulting firms
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record in channel sales
  • Strong understanding of channel dynamics and partner relationship management in the HCM space
  • Strong partner management with an ability to build and maintain successful partner relationships, ensuring excellent communication and messaging alignment skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee global sales performance and pipeline development with major strategic partners, including Deloitte
  • Develop and execute a scalable business plan to expand the partner ecosystem across multiple disciplines
  • Drive partner enablement throughout the customer journey
  • Establish Payscale’s solutions as the preferred choice within partner portfolios
  • Analyze market and competitive trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create joint go-to-market plans and promotional campaigns
  • Create comprehensive sales plans that support the company’s goals, including sales forecasts and setting performance targets
  • Build and sustain robust relationships with executives across partner organizations.
