This role offers the opportunity to shape Apple’s presence in Hungary through meaningful partnerships with our distributor, retailers, and Monobrand (Apple Premium Reseller) channels. You will play a key part in expanding Apple’s reach and delivering world-class customer experiences — both in-store and online. You’ll work cross-functionally with regional and local teams in Sales, Supply Planning, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure effective channel planning, product delivery, and demand generation — all while supporting business growth through creativity, data insights, and collaboration. DESCRIPTION Collaborate with the distributor to develop retail and commercial partners across Hungary Lead weekly planning, forecasting, and replenishment activities in coordination with regional Supply Planning, Sales, and Finance Ensure effective inventory management with clear visibility of product supply and demand Support the growth of Apple Premium Resellers and key retailers by building tailored account plans and driving sales performance Create outstanding in-store and digital experiences that reflect Apple’s values and innovation Champion affordability programs like financing, trade-in, and forward trade-in options Design and implement campaigns that drive traffic to stores and digital channels Build capabilities among partner staff, focusing on store quality, digital skills, and customer engagement MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS A relationship builder with a collaborative spirit — able to engage effectively with partners at all levels A strategic thinker who also loves diving into the details A confident communicator who presents ideas clearly and persuasively Analytical and financially savvy, advanced Excel skills and a talent for turning data into action Organized, resourceful, and adaptable under pressure Passionate about quality, innovation, and creating meaningful impact Eager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams Fluent in Hungarian and English Committed to personal and professional growth — and to helping others grow, too PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS BA/BS degree required; MBA is a plus Experience in distributor management or retail channel development is highly preferred Background in account planning, forecasting, and partner performance management Experience in matrix organizations or cross-functional teams is a strong advantage
