Responsibilities
  • You oversee a portfolio of distribution and reseller partners within the designated territory.
  • You recruit and onboard new partners in line with our indirect go-to-market strategy.
  • You train and enable partners on product positioning, value proposition, and sales processes.
  • You support distributor-led campaigns and partner marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and accelerate the pipeline.
  • You collaborate with internal teams to provide pricing support, deliver product training, and manage escalations.
  • You ensure partner compliance with program guidelines, discount structures, and deal registration workflows.
  • You track key performance indicators and pipeline metrics for the region, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
