Channel Account Manager APAC (all genders)
As Channel Account Manager APAC, you love interacting and building rapport with channel partners alike. The importance of monitoring critical IT, OT and IoT devices, systems and services is obvious to you and motivates you to help deliver those benefits to a wider audience of potential PRTG users. You excel at identifying pain points, delivering value, educating contacts and closing sales opportunities. Being organized, working remotely and independently while always willing to lend a hand to your team, come naturally to you. This position is based in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities
  • Set the target for the assigned managed partner group and ensure they achieve their revenue targets by generating, executing and measuring a joint business plan (includes revenue targets, marketing, training and certifications)
  • Perform regular business reviews with your focused top tier assigned partners to measure success and define adjustments where needed
  • Ensure the partners have the necessary knowhow, resources and information to effectively sell our software
  • Plan, execute and measure joint pipeline generation marketing activities with the assigned partners together with our channel marketing manager
  • Representing Paessler at Partner Events and Webinars
  • Recommend and onboard new partners, set goals, provide training, and ensure certification as well as recommend and phase out / downgrade partners that don’t successfully execute the joint plan
