This role offers an exciting opportunity for a high-performing cybersecurity seller who thrives in a fast-paced, startup software organization and wants to make a measurable impact on our company’s success.
As a critical member of our North American Channel team, you’ll build and nurture strategic relationships with VARs and MSSPs across the Western US and Canada, while carrying a quota and supporting our field sales teams. The ideal candidate is a driven achiever with a hunter mentality who can develop and execute effective lead generation strategies while maintaining c-suite relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Channel Revenue Growth - Develop and execute sales strategies that exceed targets through partner deal registrations while supporting Cymulate field sales teams
  • Build & Manage Partnerships - Establish and cultivate strong relationships with VAR and MSSP partners, with weekly presence to evangelize Cymulate solutions
  • Close Deals Directly - Work alongside AEs and SEs to lead complete sales cycles, including demonstrations, POCs, and direct negotiations with end customers when necessary
  • Create & Execute Partner Business Plans - Co-develop comprehensive plans with targeted partners that align with revenue goals, including account mapping, sales planning, and go-to-market strategies
  • Lead Partner Enablement - Manage recruitment, onboarding, and sales enablement activities that drive deal registration and successful sell-through motions
  • Identify Growth Opportunities - Work with partners to uncover upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities within existing client bases
  • Pipeline Management - Develop robust partner pipelines with rigorous forecasting accuracy while monitoring key performance metrics
  • Conflict Resolution - Proactively manage potential channel conflicts through excellent communication and strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
