JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for NSW region.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in technology sales preferably IP video, while taking accountability for reaching targets. You should also be able to work remotely and in a team environment. Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset and strong sales and technical ability.
Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company’s success in the long run
.

Responsibilities

  • Create sales plans in alignment with business objective
  • Proactively seek out new opportunities
  • Evaluate store and individual performances
  • Report on your regions sales results
  • Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual numbers
  • Identify new opportunities from inception to close
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with all stakeholders in the sales cycle
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
  • Prepare and assist in RFQ, tenders and requests from customers
  • Ability to communicate at all levels from technical to C level

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • A results driven operator who has worked in a similar sales capacity
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Understanding of sales cycle to close
  • Ability to work in a high performance sales team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • Be a team player
  • An exceptional presenter
