Description
Drive and manage the entire sales cycle - from identifying the right business initiatives and building a competitive value proposition to negotiating and closing the deal Build high level executive/SVP relationship sales long term partnership Significantly extend the existing strategic relationship, by expanding current engagements as well as winning new business divisions Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential clients Dealing with Partner Ecosystem (Resellers and System Integrators) Performing sales calls at customer site to find new opportunities Dealing with Internal Ecosystem (Matrix Organization - Channel, Sales Product Specialist, Technical community, and Customer Success Organization) Competent in the ability to forecast and assess revenue opportunities Proven ability to plan and execute effectively to meet business objectives Excellent sales acumen and a disciplined hunter attitude Strong resiliency with self-motivation and integrity CAD, PLM, ALM, AR, IoT and ERP solutions knowledge is a plus Excellent written & oral communication & listening skills in English and Italian Bachelor's Degree or equivalent At least 5 years of experience in sales or sales-related roles in Discrete and Process MFG industries
