CHANNEL AND ALLIANCES MANAGER

Location: Hybrid - Chicago, Peoria, Springfield and/or Bloomington, Illinois
Comp: $80K - $100K base + uncapped commission

What You’ll Do

  • Command the Channel – Recruit, Build, lead, and scale a high-performance portfolio of channel partners and resellers.

  • Set the Pace – Create and execute aggressive growth strategies, lead partner recruitment, and deliver consistent performance.


  • Drive Revenue – Identify new market opportunities, negotiate high-stakes deals, and hold partners accountable to performance goals.

  • Own the Metrics – Track KPIs, forecast pipelines, and ensure sales targets aren’t just met—they’re crushed.

  • Collaborate to Win – Partner with marketing, product, and executive teams to roll out new initiatives and support channel success.

  • Outsmart the Competition – Stay ahead of market trends, adjust quickly, and lead partners to outperform in competitive environments.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of channel sales or channel management experience in any: Cloud based networking, SaaS, IaaS, UCaaS, MSPs, and WAN networking in the telecommunications space.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling channel programs.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills—you know how to close and how to influence.


  • High energy, high ownership, and a no-excuses mindset.

  • Data-driven with the ability to quickly pivot based on performance metrics.

  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and partner portal management.
