Key Roles & Responsibilities: Work as channel BP of offline sales, working with channel ops. & TMK teams to support data/reporting request, channel deep dive analysis Responsible for specific channel potential and growth forecasting, and identify key attributes for each channel, Offline sales channel analysis expert & owner, setting a series of KPI/data source/calculation methodology, to develop dashboards and reporting to support risk management and opportunity dig out Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the pharmaceutical/FMCG sectors through primary sources (e.g., industry reports, field research, expert networks). Translate industry dynamics into internal benchmarks and actionable recommendations, enabling proactive business adjustments. Business Expertise: Development of offline-channel specific KPIs (e.g., numeric distribution, average sales per point of sale) to monitor and boost performance. Strong data acquisition skills, proficiency in Excel/PPT, and practical experience with SQL and various BI tools. Good logical analysis skills and data sensitivity, with strong inductive reasoning and structured thinking abilities, alongside the capacity for framework-based thinking and attention to key details. Drives revenue growth by unlocking hidden potential in Pharmacy and medical channels. Helps adapt national category strategies to specific channel realities, ensuring better execution and higher ROI. Problem Solving: Unified Standards for Channel Business Review Metrics Break down data silos and develop cross-domain reporting Enable automated and flexible report configuration to enhance productivity Nature & Area of Impact: Overview of offline sales channel development opportunity and risk, to ensure precise resource investment. Build channel one single source of truth, to give a nature KPI/methodology to evaluate performance and potential. Impact scope within specific channel Interactions / Interpersonal Skills: As offline channel BP, working with channel ops and TMK teams.
